Body Boot Camp
Sorry for the recent lack of posts. I have been at Body Boot Camp. It's a two week body experience filled with presentations, dissections and field trips. Today we took a field trip to Big Teaching Hospital and watched a surgery via CC TV. Perhaps I will post pictures when I get them, probably in mid-July. In the meantime, I'll probably try to keep updating more often. It's summer...what else have I got to do? Talk to you soon.

I popped over from the Blue Boards to say hi! I'm an 8th grade language arts teacher/magazine writer. Body Boot Camp sounds like an amazing experience! How exciting that you know what you want to do with such conviction at 14 and are steeping yourself in the experience already. So many students I teach don't have plans for the future yet.

Body Boot Camp? And you are FOURTEEN? No wonder you have a much lower nerd score than I do. When I was fourteen I was feeling angsty about not being invited to my friend's beach party...

14 years old! Wow...how wonderful that you know what you want to do...and you should be very proud of yourself for going after that dream.
Medical stuff is not my thing, but I would love to check in every now and again with you to see how things are going for you...and who knows...I might just learn something...grin...
